Uganda to host South Sudan Retreat

Museveni was meeting a delegation representing South Sudan, Kenya, Britain, Norway and US on the revitalised agreement on the resolution of the conflict in South Sudan.

During the discussion, Museveni observed that the sanctions imposed on the neighbouring country were wrong because they create a vacuum.
