Uganda to benefit from Russian security concessions
In his speech delivered by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov during the conference plenary on Sunday, President Vladimir Putin offered “total support" for Africa, including in their fight against terrorism and extremism.

Russia has offered Uganda and other African countries security concessions. The development was one of the key take-aways announced during the just concluded First Russia-Africa
