Two confess to kidnapping, murdering businesswoman
The kidnappers sent a message on the deceased’s only child, identified as Leyla Nakisinde's phone, requesting for Sh19m, ransom if she wanted her alive. The message, which New Vision has seen, read: “Hello, I need money by tomorrow, if not, mwejjusa nga mwekka,[You will regret]; sh19m because this ka money she gave us is done.”
The Police said at the time of his arrest, Ntege had planned to bury Babirye in a freshly dug grave within his compound in Kiteredde village, Kakiri town council, Wakiso district.
