WAKISO - International evangelists, Randy Roberts and Rev. Dr. Robert Ampiah Kwofi from Ghana moved hundreds of Christians who attended the eight-day Revival Crusade at the NSSF grounds at Ndejje Lubowa in Wakiso district.

The Revival Crusade and Fire Conference, organized to mark Uganda at 60 years, attracted the young and old from various churches in Kampala, Wakiso, Mukono and other places, who poured out their souls to receive the word of God.

The International pastors were joined by various guest speakers including Rev. Dr Patrick Ssemambo, who was the organizer, Bishop Tomson Byamugisha, the chief host, Bishop Dr. Joshua Lwere, Bishop David Kiganda of the Christian Focus Church, Mengo Kisenyi, Pastor Grace Lubega from Phaneroo Ministries, among others.

The crusade, organized by pastors from the National Fellowship of Born-Again Churches (NAFBAC) was in reference to a prophecy given by Pastor Benny Hinn while in Ghana in 2019 about the beginning of a Revival in 2022 in Uganda.

It was supported by the First Lady and Minister of Education and Sports Janet Museveni and Vision Group.

In fulfilment of another prophecy by Dr Kwofi, which he shared on arrival in Uganda, a group of Bishops and pastors visited the Itanda Falls in Jinja to cleanse the site after the Nyege Nyege festival.

The bishops were led by Bishop Kiganda and prayed in the place and poured oil at the site.

At the closing, Evangelist Randy Robert also prayed for single people to get partners but cautioned against entering into permanent relationships outside the church.
