Panga-wielding robbers strike Wakiso

An anonymous operative attached to the Police Flying Squad Unit, the enforcement arm of the Directorate of Crime Intelligence, headed by Maj. Gen. Christopher Damulira, revealed that criminal gangs frequently deploy operatives at stages near banks and forex exchange bureaus to identify potential victims.
