Mobile money agent hacked to death, security intensifies crime crackdown

Alice Natukunda, a popular mobile money agent in Kisita town council, was killed on Tuesday night by an assailant who reportedly broke into her residence while she was breastfeeding her two-year-old child.

“The victim died on the spot,” Bazigattirawa said. The brutal killing has reignited concerns over the growing wave of violent attacks on mobile money agents and traders.
