Why Lukwago was charged, remanded to Luzira

The prosecution alleges that Lukwago, and others still at large, between 2021 and November 2024 at various places including Nairobi in Kenya and Kampala, knowing that Besigye, Lutale, Wakayima and Atukunda intended to commit treason, did not give information thereof with its particulars to the minister, an administrative officer, a magistrate or an officer in charge of a police station, nor did they use all reasonable endeavours to prevent the commission of the offence of treason.
