Like HIV and syphilis, Hepatitis B is primarily spread through sexual contact with an infected person with symptoms, such as jaundice (yellowing of the skin and eyes), dark urine, light-coloured stools, fatigue, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, fever nausea and vomiting.
