The Cherubim Chamber Chorale is once again in the public limelight following its exciting Christmas concert at the Uganda National Cultural Center (National Theatre) in Kampala.

The late evening concert attracted an impressive number of fans who braved the day’s heavy down pour.
The Cherubim choristers performed renditions of popular traditional Christmas Carols, which were re-arranged and spiced with added voices and instruments.

Surprisingly, the mainly youthful ensemble also performed secular songs, such as Endless Love (Diana Ross, Lionel Richie’s version).
The Cherubim choristers also featured popular local musician Kenneth Mugabi, who wowed the audience with a number of soul musical pieces. Mugabi also performed Zuukuka, a popular Christmas hit by the late Philly Bongoley Lutaaya.
The choir's super organists; Fr. Patrick Onyango, Fr. Joseph Bakka and Tony Nsubuga were greatly acknowledged for their skillful performance.
The fans also appreciated the choir's music director, Jude Luwaga, who conducted the ensemble with deep understanding.
