COVID-19 | ACANA II | VACCINATION 

ACHOLI - The Acholi Paramount Chief, David Onen Acana II has reiterated a call by the Ministry of Health on guidelines aimed at preventing the spread of COVID-19. 

Speaking to journalists at his palace in Kanyagoga ward, Bardege Layibi Division in Gulu City on Wednesday, Acana said people should get vaccinated against COVID-19 to boost their immunity and fight off infections.

Acana revealed that he fished his 1st and second jabs from UK and that he will soon receive the third one from Uganda since he returned home. 

He also urged the government to improve the standard of living of health workers in Uganda by increasing their salary, not only those who are working on people who are suffering from COVID-19 but all health workers.
