NIC Netball Club sent a clear message to their rivals with a dominant 81–26 victory over UGX Luwero in the Netball Super League Division I.

The record champions showcased their trademark speed and precision, overwhelming Luwero with fast-paced, intricate play that left their opponents struggling to keep up.

“The goal average in netball is very important,” said NIC coach Ali Mugisha. “A win gives you two points, a draw just one. If you draw twice, you’re ranked the same as a team that’s lost. So scoring big matters when points are tight.”

With the top of the table tightening, NIC’s aggressive style reflects their intent to stay ahead in the title race. After starting the season with a loss, their recent performances suggest a team rediscovering its rhythm and hungry for silverware.

Elsewhere, Prisons Netball Club demonstrated their depth and resilience with a hard-fought 53–46 win over a stubborn UGISA side. In Division II, Buddo Secondary School cruised past Kiboga 62–33, while Kajjansi Progressive proved too strong for Dynamic, winning 40–31.
