School dropouts fueling HIV infections - UNAIDS boss

According to Nakku, 25% of girls in Uganda do not complete O'level and the increasing levels of HIV infections have been attributed to especially those unable to proceed to the next level of education.

Nakku says upon dropping out of school, the youth get involved in early sex, early marriages and unplanned pregnancies.
