President Museveni, former speakers to benefit from new Bill

MP Geofrey Ekanya had proposed that the Bill caters to speakers and deputy speakers who have served in parliament since 1962. However, the proposal was rejected.

It was agreed that the package would be budgeted and provided by the Parliamentary Commission.
