Museveni eulogises ex-RDC Kamacerere as incorruptible
Kamacerere, a former deputy headteacher of Bweranyangi Girls SS in Bushenyi district, served as RDC in several districts including Kumi, Mbarara, Kasese, Bundibugyo, Rakai and Mbarara districts before retiring in 2001.
