Minister Kania warns LGs over dubious commissioning of USMID projects

Kania clarified that any commission of the USMID-AF projects done without involvement of the central government officials is null and void since value-for-money audit and accountability are thoroughly done by the ministry engineers before the commissioning is sanctioned by the line ministry with permission from the President.
