Hundreds turn up to celebrate the appointment of Godfrey Kirumira as the Honorary Consul of Uganda to Namibia.
The event that was held at Speke Resort Munyonyo Friday, June 16th brought together delegates in various capacities to congratulate Kirumira on having attained such an achievement.
Among the high-profile guests was the Nabagereka of Buganda Sylvia Nagginda.
