How Parliament Police grew from a small post to 400 cops

“Having 400 personnel at the Parliament of Uganda means the ratio is now one to one. It is as if every MP has a security guard, which is uncalled for. It doesn’t make sense or add up. We are doing things that make Ugandans to hate us........ “How do you bring here 400 police officers when in a village such as Buginyanya, you find a police post has three police officers.
