Ex-Mulago ED Byarugaba, six others get bail

On Friday Byarugaba, Mwasa and Okware were granted cash bail of sh10m, Kataha (sh8m), Wafula (sh7m), Kamucunguzi (sh5m) and Nabwire (sh4m). Their sureties were directed to execute a non-cash bond ranging from sh50m to 100m.
