Etop Radio, TV East conduct free HIV testing

Stellah Akia, the promotions officer at Etop Radio and TV East, says during this activity, they will be giving back to the community by way of providing free services.

Akia now calls on the community members of the Kagwara landing site and sub-county as a whole to turn up in big numbers for this activity.
