KAMPALA - At All Saints Cathedral, Nakasero in Kampala, the Archbishop of the Church of Uganda Samuel Kaziimba Mugalu has urged Christians to desist land grabbing and corruption, which he says are rampant.

Kaziimba remarked as hundreds of Christians gathered to celebrate Easter Sunday; calling upon Christians not to be overtaken by what he termed ‘earthly things’.

“We need to know that we shall all die and leave these things on earth but you find people fighting each other for jobs, wealth, and so forth, forgetting that it will be difficult for such people to rise again when they die,” he said.

New Vision’s Stuart Yiga covered the service as highlighted in the pictures below;
