Alleged UPDF imposter granted bail, detained on another case

Stephen Ainemugisha, a medical practitioner claiming to be a medical doctor and a retired UPDF Lieutenant Colonel, was granted a cash bail of sh1m and his two sureties bonded at sh10m each, not cash.
