Have you ever wanted to lose weight, but for some reason however much you worked out, it was not getting off?

When it got to shading off some extra pounds, former Mr. Uganda, Isaac Mubikirwa observed that some people neglected the issue of the food.

“They do exercise," he says, “After, they indulge in savouring greasy foods, which undermine what they have been trying to accomplish.”

Mubikirwa, also a fitness coach, and certified nutritionist, urges that those who want to lose weight should desist from such foods.

Besides regular exercise, Dr. William Luumu of Mengo Hospital and the head of the Diabetes Association in Uganda urges that people should limit the amounts of food they put in their bodies.

He advises one to have less of traditional foods (matooke or posho) and have more of fruits and vegetables.

He urges in that way, one can be able to lose and maintain the weight.

So, you want to lose weight? Remember not only to exercise but also watch the quality and quantity of food you put in your body.
