Makerere University sued over retirement beneﬁts

The Registered Trustees Retirement Beneﬁts Scheme sued the institution in the Civil Division of the High Court in Kampala on Monday.

The registered trustees claim that Makerere’s action has greatly inconvenienced them and the rights of the beneficiaries, for which it is liable in general damages.
