Couples planning to tie the knot and families preparing for weddings have been urged to make the most of the 17th Vision Group Bride & Groom Expo 2026, where exhibitors are offering irresistible discounts, showcasing the latest wedding trends and providing affordable services, all under one roof.

The three-day exhibition, sponsored by Pepsi, Bella Wines and the Looks Bespoke, in partnership with Sheraton Kampala Hotel, OPPEIN Uganda and Roke Telecom, is running under the theme, Beyond I Do: A Journey of Love, Home and Family. Bringing together hundreds of trusted wedding service providers, the expo promises convenience, affordability and endless inspiration for anyone planning their big day.

Save big on bridal beauty

At Gina Hair Store and Beauty Clinic, proprietor Regina Kibalama announced a 30% discount on every bridal wig purchased during the exhibition. She encouraged not only brides-to-be, but also members of the public to attend and discover what is on offer.

“We encourage all brides to come and be part of this experience. Even those who are not getting married should come for exposure because all reliable service providers are gathered in one place.”

Kibalama applauded Vision Group for creating a platform that connects wedding vendors with potential clients.

"I would like to appreciate Vision Group for organising this expo. They have gathered all service providers in one place, making it convenient for people planning weddings."

She noted that bridal beauty trends have changed dramatically, with HD wigs now dominating the market because of their natural appearance and flawless finish in wedding photography.

"The latest trend is HD wigs because they don't look like wigs, making wedding photographs look more natural.

"We have brought premium wigs from Brazil, India, Vietnam and Cambodia, including wear-and-go styles, bone-straight and afro collections."

According to Kibalama, modern brides are increasingly moving away from heavily gelled hairstyles in favour of high-quality wigs that offer elegance, versatility and convenience.

Something for Every Budget

First-time exhibitor Maga Bridals says affordability remains at the heart of its offerings.

Company representative Mirhona Nagawa Bogere said the business has brought quality bridal items to suit every budget.

“We have brought quality products that are budget-friendly and suitable for everyone. I expect many visitors because they will be inspired by what they see,” adding that visitors to the stall will enjoy exclusive discounts and receive personalised guidance while planning their weddings.

“Many people don't know where to find quality wedding items at fair prices, and this expo is the best place to be."

Win your complete bridal dressing

Fashion designer Phionah Nkwanzi, Director of Nkwanzi Cultural Couture, announced discounts of up to 50% on cultural bridal attire throughout the expo. To make the event even more exciting, one lucky bride will win a complete bridal dressing package free of charge, including outfits for her matron of honour and six bridesmaids. The prize also includes professional manicure and pedicure services through a partnership with Branny nails Kampala.

“We are glad to be part of the 17th edition of this expo. The lucky bride will be dressed by us free of charge, together with her matron and six bridesmaids.”

Nkwanzi said wedding fashion continues to evolve rapidly, making it essential for designers to stay ahead of changing tastes. “Something that worked in 2024 may not work today. Brides are now embracing lace, chiffon and stone fabrics instead of the plain silk that was common in the past.”

The expo is expected to attract thousands of visitors over the coming days, offering wedding inspiration, trusted service providers and exclusive exhibition-only deals that couples won't want to miss. The Bride & Groom Expo is proudly sponsored by Bella Wine, Pepsi Uganda and Looks Bespoke, in partnership with Sheraton Kampala Hotel, Roke Telcom, CHINT OPPEIN Uganda and NIRA.

Entry to the expo is sh10,000 per person.
