How not to have Kiteezi reoccur elsewhere in urban Uganda

Consider reviewing, updating, aligning and anchoring relevant policies and clearly defining responsible entities for enforcement in waste management. This raises the question of whether the time is right to think of a Ministry for waste management which would bring together the various actors already engaged in different agencies
