Luwero Anglican Diocese gets new bishop
This is the second time since April last year that the House of Bishops has sat to elect a bishop for the diocese. The first time was in April last year when the same House of Bishops elected Can. Godfrey Kasana Semakula whose election was later revoked following a petition that accused him of having sired children outside marriage.
