MPs welcome reintroduction of breathalysers with pinch of salt

According to Akello, many accidents are not because of drunk driving, but because some people drive when they are stressed, or tired. 

Nakawa East MP Ronald Balimwezo, who is also the Kampala city road committee chairperson, argued that the motive to introduce breathalyzers is sinister.
