Rally fans got value for money when Kenyan rally driver Hamza Anwar and Uganda’s Yasin Nasser got on the double Circuit track during the Boxing Day Sprint Busiika, Luwero district. 

Anwar driving a Ford Fiesta was paired by Uganda’s Jas Mangat navigated by Joseph Kamya in the Mitsubishi Evo 10. 

Despite the Kenyan racer getting a few challenges on the wet track, his speed and style of racing excited the fans who braved the afternoon rains. 

Mangat as usual was superior to the visiting Kenyan on the wet track following the afternoon rains. 

Yasin Nasser navigated by Ali Katumba in the Ford Fiesta R5 was a class apart from Mike Mukula jr. who was driving an inferior  Subaru Impreza N14.

The mammoth crowd that turned up for the event was excited as the 2019 National Rally Champion powered the new car to the limit.

The fans who were first treated to entertaining racing in the morning by motocross racers, left Busiika satisfied with the level of entertainment and competition the participants put up.
