The City Oilers have released their squad for the Basketball Africa League (BAL), with Ceasar Kizito pipped to the final 12-man list by newcomer Eldrine Walujjo.

Club veteran Ben Komakech also missed the cut, as well as the South Sudanese duo of Ruai Luak and Michael Ngut, who have been two of the Oilers biggest stars during their 10-0 start to the 2023 NBL season.

Luak and Ngut, were left for Banaba Ngo and Folando Jones, who join the team on the limited non-native slots.

The Oilers will feature in the BAL Nile Conference in Egypt, to do battle with Petro De Luanda, Al Ahly, SLAC, Cape Town Tigers and Ferroviario de Beira, from April 26 - May 6.

Baale, Titus Lual Odeke, James ‘Oxsy’ Okello, Edrine Walujjo, Abdulhakim Ghedi, 
Germaine Roebuck Jr., William Ngor, Fallando Jones, and James Justice Jr.
