Sifuma snatched a game-high 17 and 11 rebounds, while Kayira had 16 points and 13 boards for the 10-6 Canons, who took control of the contest with their dominant displays in the second and third quarters, which they won with a collective score of 48-22.

Power won the fourth quarter 29-20, but it was too little too late for Timothy Odeke’s side, who lost for the second time in three days after being routed 81-67 by the City Oilers on Friday.

Elvis Ssentongo and Phillip Ameny nailed 15 points apiece for Power, who have lost seven on the bounce and are among five teams on four wins or below that are in relegation danger.

Geoffrey Soro nailed 12 for Power.
