Jinja Hippos Rugby Club captain Maxwell Ebong scored his first try from injury as his side inflicted sweet revenge over Makerere Impis RFC with a 15-7 win at Makerere on Saturday.
Ebong has been on the sidelines with a shoulder injury.
His return from injury saw him contribute 15 points for his team in the last three matches using his magic boot, not until his first try of the season against Impis.
"Glad to come back with a try against Impis a team that embarrassed us at home against all odds in the first league match, but we must stay focused as we aim to defend our fourth position," said Ebong.
Hippos's other tries were netted by youngsters Julius Opio and Andrew Odhiambo as they moved into fourth position with 39 points.
