Where is the man who carried a child’s head to Parliament?

The suspect, identified as Joseph Nuwashaba, then reportedly 22, calmly informed security personnel that he had brought a “gift” for the top official. But when officers inspected the package, they were confronted with a gruesome discovery: a severed human head allegedly belonging to three-year-old Faith Kyamagero.

Kyamagero was allegedly beheaded by Nuwashaba.
