Presidency: Inside Gen, Muhoozi’s PLU countrywide drive

“I will stand for the highest office in the land in 2031. And we will win by the grace of Almighty God,” Gen. Kainerugaba, who also serves as Patriotic League of Uganda (PLU) chairperson and Senior Presidential Advisor on Special Operations, declared on August 25. “From now until 2031, I want our great PLU to carry out endorsement rallies in the 146 districts of Uganda. We want all our people with us when we stand! We want 90% of the vote,” he added.
