The chairperson of the NYC, Jacob Eyeru revealed that they came up with the idea of a web portal because they wanted the government to become more efficient, accountable and to represent the future the youths have always demanded.

“During the recent online exhibitions, NYC was accused of not doing what it was supposed to do but as we launch this portal, each and every shilling and asset will be accounted for and all this information will be available to the public,” Eyeru said.
