URSB faces sh3.42b shortfall for copyright directorate

The development comes barely a month after Edrissa Musuuza alias Eddy Kenzo, a presidential advisor and renowned musician, promised creatives that Cabinet had flagged amendments to the Copyright and Neighbouring Rights Act, 2006.
