Small aircraft, boats warned off L. Victoria amid high winds
According to Lilian Nkwenge, the spokesperson of Uganda Meteorological Authority, the strong winds and waves have been realised since Sunday.
Nkwenge says although the lake is usually unsafe during June and July, the turbulence on the lake has been stronger this year.
