Residents sue KCCA over Mpigi landfill

The petitioners want a declaration that NEMA’s failure to regulate the impugned actions of KCCA and its contractors is a violation of their right to a clean and healthy environment guaranteed under the Constitution and the National Environment Act cap 181.
