Museveni orders probe into Nakivubo Channel flooding

According to Lukwago, Kiggundu lacks an approved development plan from KCCA for construction on Nakivubo Channel and an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment report from the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA). 

Emotions ran high at the Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) headquarters Monday (November 3), as traders painfully explained to city officials the losses they had encountered following the floods that spoilt their merchandise on Friday.
