Museveni holds talks with Turkish Ambassador to Uganda

President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has held talks with the Turkish Ambassador to Uganda, Mehmet Fatih Ak.

The meeting took place on Thursday, September 17, on the sidelines of the groundbreaking ceremony for the Kampala Storage Terminal in Mpigi District.

Sandor Walusimbi, Senior Press Secretary to the President, in a media handout stated that Museveni and his guest "discussed matters of bilateral interest".

He didn't give details.

Haruna Kasolo Kyeyune, the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs (Regional Co-operation), attended the meeting accompanied by Ambassador John Leonard Mugerwa.
