Turkish envoy mourns Oulanyah

Kareem eulogized Oulanyah at an event in Bugolobi Kampala, as the embassy donated 20 wheelchairs and 50 walking sticks to the disabled people in Kiswa. 

Kareem said Oulanyah was a generous man and was among the people who made sure donations reached the rightful beneficiaries.
