Mbale journalist detained over filming Pr Bugingo

Mukisa was picked from Mbale Senior Secondary School’s grounds on Friday, June 30, where House of Prayer Ministries International senior pastor Bugingo was presiding over his prayer night event.  

Bugingo’s (Pictured) security team accused Mukisa of flying his drone at the religious prayer event without ‘obtaining authority’.
