Mabirizi attacks judge over dismissing paternity case

Mabirizi faulted the judge for refusing to delve into issues such as forgery of a will and paternity and instead dismissed the case on a technicality.

Reacting to the ruling, Mabirizi had no kind words for Justice Keitirima saying: “We shall appeal against this decision and even if it means taking this matter to the East African Court of Justice, I will do it”. (New Vision/Files)
