Investigators head to Among's parliament office
A team of detectives, accompanied by President Yoweri Museveni’s auditors were this morning seen entering Parliament, and they have since sealed off the former Speaker's office along with the office of the clerk to Parliament, Adolf Mwesige.

KAMPALA - As investigations into outgoing speaker Anita Among continue, investigators raided her office at parliament on Tuesday morning.
A team of detectives, accompanied by President Yoweri Museveni’s auditors were this morning seen entering Parliament, and they have since sealed off the former Speaker's office along with the office of the clerk to Parliament, Adolf Mwesige.
Parliamentary staff in the two offices have been ordered not to report to the offices until further notice.
Among, whose homes in Kampala and Wakiso (Nakasero, Kigo and Ntinda) have since been searched is facing charges related to corruption, abuse of office and money laundering.
