KAMPALA
Parts of Kampala were left flooded on Thursday morning, September 17, following a heavy downpour that disrupted movement in several areas of the city.
The rain caused water to accumulate along roads and low-lying areas, affecting motorists, pedestrians and businesses as commuters navigated the affected sections.
