'I convict Nandutu of the offence of stealing property'

“I find that the prosecution has proved its case beyond reasonable doubt. Accordingly, I convict the accused of the offence of stealing property, contrary to Section 21(1) (2) of the Anti- Corruption Act,” the judge declared.
