📷 Gen. Muhoozi arrives in Bukedea

Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba, the Senior Advisor on Special Operations has arrived in Teso region with his first stop in Bukedea where he was received by Speaker of Parliament Anita Among.

Gen. Muhoozi is today (Monday, August 14) expected to address three different events in Bukedea district and tomorrow he will be at Baraza in Soroti.

Thousands in Bukedea have welcomed Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba.

Upon his arrival, Gen. Muhoozi was welcomed with chants from his supporters at Kachumbala Mission Health centre II playground.

Security has been beefed up on all roads leading to the venue.

Some of the MPs in attendance being introduced by the Speaker.

Currently present at the venue are; health Minister Ruth Aceng, Bukedea woman MP also Speaker of Parliament Anita Among, Thomas Tayebwa, Deputy Speaker, David Kabanda, Derrick Orone, Micheal Mawanda, and former minister for presidency Esther Mbaayo among others.

Muhoozi is the founding father of the MK Movement.

While addressing residents of Bukedea, Among requested her voters to vote for her again come 2026.
