Court blocks cancer institute bid to replace deputy ED

Justice Musa Ssekaana of the Civil Division of the High Court ruled in favour of Abaliwano, stating that her appointment as Senior Consultant (Medical Oncology) on May 25, 2022, was a constitutional appointment and did not affect her position as deputy executive director.
