CORRUPTION: Criminal summons extended for ex-MUBS principal Balunywa
Balunywa, 68, faces two counts of abuse of office, contrary the Anti-Corruption Court Act. The offence of abuse of office attracts a maximum sentence of seven years in prison.
Balunywa failed to turn up in court to answer charges of abuse of office because he is unwell.

KAMPALA - The anti-corruption court has extended criminal summons against former Makerere University Business School (MUBS) principal Prof. Wasswa Balunywa, who is accused of illegally recruiting staff.
This was
