Get married, leaders advise King Oyo

“The kingdom needs a queen. The people of Toro need to see a royal family grow. And as your mother, I know the time has come, my son, to choose a partner and give this kingdom a royal bride,” the Queen Mother said, drawing cheers and applause from the crowd. 

King Oyo became the 12th ruler of the Toro Kingdom on September 12, 1995, following the passing of his father, Omukama Patrick David Matthew Kaboyo Olimi III.
