Kaliro mother who murdered, burnt her spouse to death gets 30 years in jail

The body, later identified as Nsereko’s, was partially burnt with a rope tied around the neck. When Ssentongo informed Nalule that her husband’s body was outside, she reportedly refused to leave the house, insisting that Nsereko had travelled to Kenya.

The judge sentenced Nalule to 30 years in prison, but advised her of her right to appeal if dissatisfied with the sentence.
